Important - Marcus Garvey Customer Service Centre will be closed from 16 to 28 April. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Due to matters beyond our control, Marcus Garvey Customer Service Centre will be closed until 28 April 2025, and our team will be transferred to our Wood Green site. 

You have the following options:

• if you have an appointment for Marcus Garvey, please go to the Wood Green Customer Service Centre. You do not need to rebook – just tell reception that you had a booked appointment in Marcus Garvey and have been asked to come to Wood Green instead
• call us on 020 8489 1000, and speak to one of our advisers. Lines are open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (10am to 5pm on Wednesday)
• rebook your appointment for Marcus Garvey for the week starting the 28 April, when we hopefully will be able to return to the building

Appointments

Residents are able to attend our Customer Service Centres without an appointment, but we recommend that an appointment is made.

You will be seen by a Customer Services officer, and not by service experts of other departments. If we cannot resolve your enquiry, we will refer your case to the relevant teams.

When making an appointment please make sure a valid phone number is provided so we can let you know about any changes to your appointment.
