Bounce DanceFit is a choreographed dance fitness class based on different styles of street dance incorporating a high intensity cardiovascular workout.
The choreography and movements can be adjusted to basic, medium and challenging levels. The styles of street dance include hip hop, house, commercial, waacking, twerking, vogue and more.
