Land charges register searches
We will not be accepting any searches after 5pm on 27 March due to urgent system maintenance. Any searches submitted before this date will be completed. The system will be up and running again on 1 April.
The National Land Information Service (NLIS) is a government initiative aimed at delivering services electronically, with the ultimate aim of speeding up the conveyancing process by using electronic transactions.
The service connects law firms, conveyancers and data providers such as HM Land Registry and local authority Local Land Charges Registries.
At Haringey we are connected to NLIS at level 3 and are able to receive searches and send out results electronically.
See the National Land Information Service (NLIS) website to find out more.
