Have your say about School Streets

Part of: School Streets

Our School Street plan sets out our ambition for the majority of schools in Haringey to have a School Street by 2026. The plan sets out the consultation and decision-making processes for these projects.

This page provides:

  • details about all potential new school streets
  • information about how and when you can have your say

Stage A: proposed School Streets

Between 24 March and 2 May 2025, informal consultation will take place on the initial designs for the following School Streets. Consultation packs will be delivered to local residents, businesses and stakeholders. Anyone can respond to the consultation online from 24 March.

Once the consultation has closed, a report will be considered by the Cabinet. This decision is expected in summer 2025. If the school street is approved, we expect to implement the school street at the beginning of September 2025.

Before any School Street launches, we will write to all eligible properties explaining how to apply for an exemption.
