The holistic and long-term approach includes 10 weeks of counselling, 20 weeks of employability support and a 3-day residential.

The Empower4 Project aims to increase the employability of young adults who face inequalities. It provides young adults in North London with structured vocational training, industry exposure, and mentorship across STEM/robotics, health and social care, law, and creative arts
