Leisure centre online booking upgrade

How our upgrade work will affect you.

Between 15 and 30 September 2025, we are upgrading our booking system. There will be some disruption to bookings during this time.

Account activation

At the end of September, we’ll contact you with a link to activate your updated account- (there is no need to create one if you already have an account).

Membership cards

You can continue using your existing cards while we work on updating digital access to our centres.

New memberships will not be available between 15 and 30 September

To enable a smooth transition, we will not be taking any new memberships or Swim School bookings while the upgrade takes place. If you are a new customer, we will still be offering pay and play options between 15 and 30 September. Please talk to a member of staff about this at our sites who will also be happy to take your details and will contact you about a new memberships as soon as they are available again in October.

From 1 October, we will resume a normal service for new memberships, cancellations and Swim School bookings

Cancellations

Cancellations can still be made and are required in writing and 1 month in advance. If you would like send us notice to cancel during 15 to 30 September, please do this in the normal way.

Advance bookings from 24 to 30 September

We normally allow for advance bookings up to 8 days in advance but from 24 September, advance bookings will only be available until 30 September.

From 1 October, bookings will be available 8 days in advance again.

Why the change?

Flow offers a more user-friendly experience, faster booking, and better access to your favourite activities – all from your phone or computer.

What will be changing?

While prices and available activities will remain the same, the way you book online will change slightly. You’ll still be able to book online, but you may notice some updates designed to make accessing our services easier and more efficient.

How will I access my membership account after the change?

You won’t need to create a new account. We’ll email you before October with a direct link to activate your new account, along with step-by-step instructions.

What about my Direct Debit payments?

No changes here – your payments will continue as normal. You don’t need to do anything.

Can I still use the mobile app?

Yes – you’ll still use the same app. Once your new account is activated, you’ll log in using your new username and password.
