From Monday 27 October to Friday 31 October, families across the borough embraced a packed programme of activities designed to spark creativity, build skills, and make lasting memories.
With something for everyone, the week featured sports like football, cricket, and tennis, alongside hands-on workshops and creative arts sessions. Young participants explored new interests, from mastering athletic techniques to expressing themselves through dance, drama, and visual arts.
At the start of the week, Cllr Zena Brabazon visited the newly refurbished basketball courts at Ducketts Common, where she met young people making the most of the upgraded facilities. The courts have provided a great space for them to get active, connect with new friends, and train in the sports they love.
Now, as autumn fades and festive lights begin to sparkle, Haringey is turning its attention to Christmas. Holiday markets, Christmas light displays, and family-friendly events are on the horizon, promising joy and celebration for all ages.
Stay tuned for more details as the borough gears up for a festive season filled with community spirit, creativity, and fun.
