Mental health and wellbeing support during COVID-19
Most of us will feel some sort of impact on our mental health and wellbeing as the coronavirus outbreak continues. This is completely understandable, and we want to reassure people in our community that you are not alone.
If you’re feeling restless, stressed, anxious or unable to sleep there are services available to support you, according to your needs, on a local, regional and national level.
Every Mind Matters (external link) provides NHS-endorsed tips and advice to look after children and young people’s (CYP) mental wellbeing at this time.
Good Thinking (external link) provides digital mental wellbeing support for adults in London and they have dedicated pages to offer support throughout the coronavirus outbreak.
Mencap (external link) is also able to provide accessible support and resources for the people in our community who have a learning disability.
Remember, if you’re feeling stressed or anxious at this time, please reach out and ask for help, you’re not alone and support is available to you.
