Children’s Continuing Care

Delivers specialised homecare packages for children and young people with complex health needs who are dependent on technology to live.

A multi-disciplinary team who provide care and support to families who have a child with a life limiting or life threatening condition.

School nurses are concerned with a child’s development, for example their growth, weight, toileting, medications or their emotional development.

On-site multi-disciplinary service in Haringey special schools.
