The purpose of the Over 50s Forum is to give older people a voice and to:
- ensure that all their concerns are put and kept before the decision makers
- promote and involve ourselves with policies that benefit older people
- make sure Haringey Council and other public service bodies (for example, NHS, TfL, GLA, the police) recognise and understand the needs of older people in Haringey
Meetings once a month
Cinema Club for the Over 60s Finsbury Park Picture House, (First Thursday) or the Crouch End Picture House N8 9BY (Third Thursday).
FREE coffee morning for over 50s to meet, chat and enjoy good company. Thursday 11am to 4pm Lordship rec hub, N17 6NU
The contact address can be used as a mailing address, but the forum has no office or staff – it is run by volunteers.
