We are compiling a list of workspace providers who are:
- interested in moving to or expanding within Haringey
- able to lease, fit out and operate workspaces that may have affordable workspace planning requirements
You do not need to operate a site in Haringey to be on our list.
The list will be used primarily by developers who have affordable workspace planning obligations and property owners seeking to let space.
There are already over 50 thriving workspaces in Haringey, supporting hundreds of small businesses. We have an affordable workspace planning policy. There are currently 12 developments with affordable workspace commitments, with more expected in the future.
We expect to publish the list in April 2025, after which workspace providers will be added on a rolling basis.
The application form sets out the full eligibility criteria.
Interested workspace providers are invited to complete the application form by 6 March 2025.
