Opportunity Haringey Workspace Fund
In December 2023, we launched a call for proposals for the Opportunity Haringey Workspace Fund, aimed at supporting the creation and improvement of workspaces across Haringey. Through this fund, grants were awarded for capital works to 3 workspace projects, each set to launch between late 2025 and summer 2026.
Together these projects are helping to shape a more inclusive economy and legacy, by:
- creating sustainable long-term job opportunities
- providing affordable workspaces
- acting as hubs for socially impactful activities for the local community

Ongoing support for workspaces
Funding for workspaces can still be accessed in the form of 2 loan programmes. Workspace providers, businesses and entrepreneurs can find out more about these here:
- Opportunity Investment Fund (OIF) – supporting capital works that drive regeneration and economic growth
- Productive Valley Fund (PVF) – enabling the transformation of underused industrial spaces across the Upper Lea Valley
