Consultation period

There is a period of consultation:

  • between granting and applying for a new licence
  • between granting and applying for a change to a licence
  • for a review of a licence

Submitting comments

During the consultation period, you can submit comments (known as representations). Your comments can be in support of, or against, the application.

Your comments must be received by the last day of the consultation period. This is listed for each application below.

For higher risk games with a kick-off time after 15:00, the premises is to risk assess the need for a further 2 or more SIA supervisors. The risk assessments are to be documented and kept on the premises for 12 months for inspection by police officers.
  • The pavement seating area will be closed to any trade, and the seating and tables
  • are to be stored in the service yard
