Viewing the electoral register

Part of: The Electoral Register

You can view the current electoral register in Wood Green library – please ask for it at the main library reception counter. You do not need an appointment to view the register.

This version is the full version as of the last annual publication. It does not contain any monthly updates.

You can only view the register under supervision. You cannot take copies – either photocopies or photographs – of the register, but you can make hand-written notes.

Further details about viewing the electoral register can be found in the Representation of the People Regulations (2001).

You can view historic copies of the register at Bruce Castle museum – you will need to make an appointment first.

The British Library also holds archived copies of electoral registers.
