Whether you can register to vote in Haringey depends on your:
- age – you must be aged 16 or over (but you cannot vote until you are 18)
- nationality – you can register to vote if you are a British citizen or an Irish citizen
- residency – you need to either:
- live at an address in Haringey
- be a British citizen living overseas whose last address was in Haringey
You can also register if you have permission to enter or stay in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man – or you do not need permission – and you are a:
- Commonwealth citizen
- citizen of Denmark, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal or Spain
- citizen of another EU country, if you have had permission to enter or stay – or not needed permission – since 31 December 2020, and this has continued without a break
If you have moved house since you last voted, you must re-register at your new address. Everyone eligible in your home must register individually.
