A carer is anyone who looks after a family member, partner or friend who needs help because of their illness, frailty, disability, a mental health problem or an addiction and cannot cope without their support.
'Carers Coffee Morning Special Celebration for Carers Week on Thursday 12 June 11am - 1pm, at the Paddling Pool Cafe, Priory Park, including a free refreshing drink or ice cream, and a gentle wellbeing walk (at 11.30am) with well known local photographer, Bill Bott' .
Priory Park was founded 100 years ago in 1926. Bill is famous for his yearly calendar featuring the park's nature spots and places of historical interest, and as we walk together in the fresh air and sunshine we will learn what inspires him about this beloved park. The Crouch End Carers Coffee Morning meets every week and offers a warm and friendly group for carers to get together , with many lovely events throughout the year.
