A step back in time: Café Palais is a FREE stylish 1920s café and monthly event for older people, people living with dementia and their carers.

For residents aged 50 and over.

Mondays, 5pm to 6pm – women only.

Come along to Yoga at Tottenham Green Leisure Centre.

Hot main meal and refreshments.

All welcome.
