- Stepchange – online debt remedy advice and budget calculator with suggested costings, designed to help struggling families.
- Leap - Online help which includes referrals to local food banks, Citizens Advice, health clinics, local rent or housing officers or other local authority contacts. Leap advisors can install a range of simple energy saving measures where necessary, such as draught proofing or LED lightbulbs, provide energy efficiency advice and help you to look for a better deal on energy bills.
- Thames Water - Water Sure/WaterHelp - If your family lives in a low-income household, Thames Water may be able to discount their bill through WaterHelp. You may be able to get a 50% discount on your whole bill, although this amount may change in the future.
- Better off Calculator - Check if your family is receiving the correct Universal Credit payments and/or Housing Benefit.
