Great Mental Health Day 2025

Join us for this year's Great Mental Health Day celebrations!

Haringey is where Great Mental Health Day (GMHD) started, and we will once again lead the capital’s GMHD celebrations with a series of events and activities on Friday 31 January.

The theme for this year is ‘small actions for others’.

Haringey events

There are many events taking place in Haringey that allow people to connect with one another.

Songs and Smiles music group

  • Date and time: Friday 31 January, 11am
  • Location: Lorenco House, College Road, Tottenham, N17 8EA

A Songs and Smiles music group takes place at Lorenco House every Friday at 11am. Songs and Smiles is a joyful, intergenerational event that unites families with young children and older people living in care settings.
