Free period products are available in Haringey to anyone who needs them. You can get these products for yourself or someone else, whether you live, work or are just visiting Haringey. 

You can visit collection points listed on this page to get free:

• tampons
• sanitary pads
• reusable period cups

Collection points

Ask at reception or speak to staff to collect free period products from:

• Libraries 
• Morrisons stores — where you can collect free sanitary pads from the customer service desk by asking to "collect a package for Sandy"
• schools — where pupils can get free period products from the school nurse
• Northumberland Park Resource Centre
• Mulberry Junction — for anyone at risk of or affected by homelessness

Resident associations and community groups can order free products from:

• Bloody Good Period
• The Hygiene Bank
• Hey Girls

This provision is part of our commitment that everyone can access these essential products even if you:

• are struggling with the cost of living
• forget your products at home
• get your period unexpectedly

We're also working to expand our offer to include more reusable products in addition to the current products on offer.
