If you are in temporary accommodation provided by the council and need to report a repair, who you contact will depend on the kind of accommodation you are staying in.

For properties not managed by the council, you should raise any issues with the accommodation provider. If after a reasonable period these have not been resolved, please contact the temporary accommodation repairs team.
