Transforming Tottenham Hale

A thriving new town centre

Since adopting the Strategic Regeneration Framework (SRF) in 2014, we’ve been working towards a vibrant new town centre in Tottenham Hale, creating a space where residents can access the beautiful Lea Valley Park while enjoying new homes, shops, leisure spaces, and local businesses.

Here’s what’s happening right now:

Over 3,200 new sustainable homes

This includes up to 600 high-quality council homes.

  • Walter Tull House: 131 new council homes – now complete and residents have moved in
  • Hale Wharf Phase 2: 191 new homes – now complete and residents have moved in
  • Ashley Road Depot: 272 new homes, under construction as part of the largest PassivHaus development in Haringey – ensuring energy-efficient and eco-friendly living
