Part of: Resident engagement in Haringey

In September 2023, we introduced a new resident engagement framework, encouraging council tenants and leaseholders to join various groups and panels to help shape our policies.

Since then, over 50 residents have collaborated with us, providing invaluable feedback and co-creating strategies to enhance housing services.

Some of the improvements include:

  • review of over 15 policies
  • first deep-dive review on estate cleaning
  • creation of new informative handbooks for residents
