Annual lettings plan
How available lettings are forecast and allocated each year.
Every March, the council estimates the number of council and housing association properties it expects to have available over the next financial year to re-house people on the housing register.
An annual lettings plan is then created which forecasts the lettings for the coming financial year and allocates them between competing housing demand groups. The current lettings plan can be found below.
