Local lettings policies
Lettings plans for Broadwater Farm and High Road West.
There are currently two local lettings policies/plans in operation.
– which applies to new homes built on the site of Tangmere and Northolt
– which applies to new homes built as part of the High Road West scheme, including on the site of the Love Lane Estate.
Both of these policies were drawn up to ensure that those affected by the demolition of the current homes can benefit from the new homes.
These local lettings policies take precedence over the neighbourhood moves scheme which offers new homes to secure tenants near to those new homes. The neighbourhood moves scheme will only apply to properties left after these local lettings policies have been applied.
