Rent your property through the council

Private sector leasing

If you have a property that is in good condition, you can lease it through to us for up to 3 years. We will directly manage the property as well as pay the rent directly to you at the end of the month. 

Benefits

By leasing through us, you get:

• guaranteed rent, paid by us directly to you even if the property is empty
• ongoing and free dedicated property management service
• free annual Gas Safe certificates
• no commission or agency fee

What we are looking for

All properties will need:

• a valid Gas Safe certificate
• a valid NICEIC Electrical safety certificate
• energy performance certificate (with a 50+ rating)
• all electrical appliances must be portable appliance (PAT) tested
• to be licensed, if required by the local licensing scheme

Assured shorthold tenancies

We will find you suitable tenants who will rent your property for 2 years. Tenants who can afford to pay the rent and maintain your property will be selected to live there.
