London Borough of Culture delivery

A dedicated London Borough of Culture team will lead on the delivery of our programme.

Haringey Council has established Haringey Culture Collective – a council-controlled charity which will lead on delivery of our London Borough of Culture programme. 

The charity will be independent and responsive to the needs of the programme while also being able to lean into the expertise of the in-house culture team and partners.

It will also have the ability to reduce demand on the local authority’s resources by bringing in external support through sponsorship not available to a council-hosted function, while the council will retain control over the charity through sole membership and board appointment rights.

Running across all our London Borough of Culture delivery plans will be four cross-cutting themes

•    Equality, Diversity and Inclusion 
•    Sustainability 
•    Young people and communities 
•    Legacy 

There will be lots of opportunities to take part in the delivery and shaping of LBoC, and its legacy.
