Parents/carers of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and professionals involved in their care are being encouraged to provide their feedback and inputs into a public consultation regarding revised updates to the language used to describe their needs.
Working in tandem with carers/parents, health professionals, psychologists and schools, the SEND team at Haringey Council has helped co-produce new descriptors and we now need your help to ensure they’re accurate, fair and useful.
We’re hosting various in-person and virtual events around Haringey to ensure everyone has a chance to get involved, ask questions and share their views.
