With a variety of options ranging from sports and creative arts to learning how to ride a bike, there's something for everyone.
Young ones can get active with a variety of sports, including football, cricket, and tennis. For those wanting to learn how to ride a bike, the Learn to Ride (LTR) programme is perfect. It’s a two-hour course over two consecutive days for children (Reception age and above) eager to master cycling.
Older children have the opportunity to dive into Project 2020, offering a fantastic mix of cooking clubs, music and media workshops, arts & crafts, training, competitions, PS5 gaming, pool, table tennis, trips, and more.
Activities are available across the borough.
While many are free, some may charge a fee. Drop-in attendance is welcomed for most events, but some require pre-registration to secure a spot. Be sure to check the activity details and contact the right person or organisation.
Keep an eye on the "What's On?" calendar, which lists all activities and events for children and young people by date, venue, or month. New events are added regularly, so check back often!
Join us for a week of endless fun and adventure. Find out what's happening near you.
We look forward to seeing you there!
