Moselle Culvert, a covered channel running underneath the footway opposite Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, needs to be protected from vehicle loads because of its poor condition.
Barriers will be installed on Monday 24 March 2025 at the junctions with Moselle Place, Whitehall Street and Brereton Road preventing vehicle access to and from the High Road. The roads remain open to pedestrian and cyclists and no parking bays will be impacted.
All homes will be accessible with drivers to Moselle Place and Whitehall Street diverted via White Hart Lane and Love Lane, and Brereton Road via Church Road.
The diversions will remain in place until we are able to repair the culvert. We are working hard to secure the funding necessary to carry out the repairs and reinstate full access to vehicles as soon as possible.
