All parking permits are issued online. You need a parking account to buy permits.
To set up an online parking account:
- Go to our parking permits website.
- On the screen it says ‘Do not have an account?’ Click ‘Register for an account’.
- Enter your email address and a password. Click ‘Save and continue’ and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
- Confirm your email address by clicking, or copying and pasting, the link in the confirmation email.
- Log in to your new account.
- On the ‘Your details’ screen, enter your details. Select your customer type, for example ‘Resident’ if you want to apply for a resident permit, visitor permits or ‘Business’ if you want to apply for a business permit.
- Click ‘Save and continue’.
Your account is now set up.
On the ‘Your permits and qualifications’ screen, click ‘Apply for a parking permit or qualification for visitor permits’.
