The Government have announced a major new partnership between developers The Crown Estate and Lendlease to unlock housing and growth across the UK.

High Road West is one of 5 sites in London that the partnership will bring forward.

The High Road West scheme will bring wide-reaching improvements to the local area, delivering what the community have told us are their priorities.

Priorities such as:

• providing much-needed high-quality homes including new council homes
• new jobs and employment space
• improved community facilities such as the Library and Learning Centre
• new and enhanced green and open spaces

Our commitment to residents and existing local businesses within any area that we are redeveloping is that they are, and must be, an integral part of that neighbourhood’s future.
