Local Plan: Tottenham Area Action Plan
The council has prepared a Tottenham Area Action Plan (AAP) Development Plan Document (DPD) that puts clear planning guidelines and policies in place to support local people’s ambitions for long-term regeneration in Tottenham, bringing thousands of new homes, better access to jobs and employment and improved transport links. To make that happen, the council has developed specific planning rules to bring forward and manage new development, set out where different types of buildings should go and protect the heritage of Tottenham’s past. It was adopted by the council on the 24 July 2017.
