If you wish to book a householders planning advice service meeting, please register on our portal and fill in our online form with details about your proposal. Include an email address and phone number so we can contact you.
Request householder planning advice
Before attending the meeting, you should provide a site plan for the property in question. Site plans are available to purchase from the Planning Portal website and help us to identify your property.
Simply mark a red line around your property, including:
In addition, if you have drawn up any plans you wish to show us, or have photos or rough sketches for your proposal, it's helpful to attach these items. We can still provide advice without this information.
We provide the following services for householders. All fees include VAT.
The fee is £100.
This includes:

The fee is £480.
For when you need advice quickly and do not need a meeting.
The fee is £300.
The fee is £844.
If you want us to give you advice on-site (at the site in question), we can arrange this for a fee of £230.
The fee is in addition to the other service fees, like planning advice.
