We are required by law to prepare and maintain a Local Development Scheme (LDS). The LDS is a public document which identifies the:
- documents that will comprise our Local Plan
- timetable for the preparation and revision of such documents
The current LDS was approved by Cabinet in March 2025 and includes the following timetable for preparation of the new Local Plan:
