Notice of an application for the registration of Crouch End Playing Fields (Upper Field) as a Town or Village Green

Details of the application and how to respond.

An application has been made to the London Borough of Haringey to designate Crouch End Playing Fields (Upper Field) as a Town and Village Green.

The application notice, which includes a plan of the land proposed for registration may be downloaded here:

The application can be inspected at Alexandra House reception, Station Road, N22 7TY, Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm.

If the registration authority is satisfied that the land qualifies for registration as a town or village green, it will register the land.

Any person wishing to object to the registration of the land as a town or village green should send a statement of the facts on which the objection is based to planning.policy@haringey.gov.uk or Planning Policy, 5th Floor, Alexandra House, Station Road, N22 7TY on or before 6 February 2025.

Any representations that are to be taken into account by the Authority in reaching a decision on the application:

  • cannot be treated as confidential
  • will be copied to the applicant for comment
  • may be disclosed to other interested parties
