Additional paperwork received after the deadlines in the table above (including on the day of the appeal hearing) will not be taken into account. Please provide the Clerk with one copy of any new additional evidence by email only. These must be sent to clerk@educationappeals.com.

The independent appeals administrator will contact you closer to the time with the exact day and time of your hearings.

All appeals are heard online. Families should attend both stage 1 and 2 hearings.

If we get your appeal after 13 April 2026 it's considered late. Late appeals may be heard after appeals received on time or in the autumn.
