How to apply
You can apply for a junior school place to start in September 2026 if your child was born between 1 September 2018 and 31 August 2019
The closing date for applications is 15 January 2026.
You should only apply if you want a place at a junior school. If you want to apply for a primary school you can apply online.
If you want to visit a school before applying, contact the school directly.
Haringey's infant and junior schools are:
- Belmont Infant School and Belmont Junior School
- Bounds Green Infant and Junior Schools
- Campsbourne Infant and Junior Schools
- Rokesly Infant School and Rokesly Junior School
- South Harringay Infant and Junior Schools
- St Francis de Sales Catholic Infant and Junior Schools
- St Mary's Priory Catholic Infant and Junior Schools
- St Paul's and All Hallows CE Infant and Junior Schools
If you do not want to apply to move your child to one of these junior schools, you must apply for a primary school place.
Before you apply
Before you apply for a junior school place:
- read the primary school admissions booklet
- find schools near you and check your home to school distances
- check the home to school distance of children offered places in previous years
- see information on school places for children with social or medical needs

If you cannot apply online, contact us to have a paper form sent to you to instead.
Faith schools
Some faith schools ask for further information when applying. You must contact the school and ask them to send you the form.

What happens after applying
If you applied online, you’ll get an email confirming your application’s been received. The email will list all the application details and include an application reference number like 309-2026-E-XXXXX.
If you do not receive an email, contact us to check your application was submitted.
Offer of a school place
If we have an email address for you, we’ll email you on National Offer Day (16 April), offering your child a school place.
