Our Excel schools funding calculator helps you estimate your indicative funding for the 2026–27 financial year.

The tool also provides projected DSG (Dedicated Schools Grant) funding estimates for 2027–28 and 2028–29. These projections are indicative only and will change once the Department for Education (DfE) publishes future years’ Dedicated Schools Grant allocations.

You can also estimate early years funding, Pupil Premium, and Devolved Formula Capital for 2027–28 and 2028–29, based on your expected 2026–27 allocation, to support 3‑year budget planning.
