Family Fund Charity - Grants

Family Fund is the UK's largest grant-making charity for families raising a disabled or seriously ill child, on a low income. Find out about the various grants they deliver, eligibility criteria and how to make an application on their website

Haringey Shed Charity

Haringey Shed is an inclusive theatre and performing arts company for children and young people. They provide a range of term-time after-school activities and holiday programmes, as well as outreach work in the community, working in local schools, nurseries, and community centres.

They believe every young person should have access to a safe, respectful and creative environment regardless of their ability and background.

Universal health services (NHS)

Haringey borough has a wide range of health services for children and young people aged 0-25, including GPs, pharmacists, dental services, optometrists, and hospital services—available to everyone based on the individual’s health needs.

How to get support if you're a parent or carer:

Children with special educational needs and disabilities can access these services directly without needing a referral.

These services are known as ‘universal’ because they are available to everyone.
