| Everyone can have a go! - You can ride a bike! We have lots of different bikes for you to try. Even if you cannot ride a bike someone can help you.
- We are based at the Lordship Recreation Ground by Broadwater Farm Community Centre.
- All cyclists must wear safety helmets.
- Below are different types of bikes:

| The Duet - This bike is for people who need physical support to cycle.
- It is useful for people who may use a wheelchair to get around.
- The passenger sits in the front part and the carer can pedal.

| The Draisin plus - This bike is for people who need physical support to cycle.
- It is useful for people who may use a wheelchair to get around.
- The passenger sits in the front part and the carer can pedal.

| The Velo plus - The Velo-plus is for wheelchair users who want or need to sit in their own wheelchair.
- There is a ride-on platform which makes it easy to get the wheelchair on the bike.
- Then you need to secure the wheelchair and the bike is ready for use.

| The Side by Side - This cycle is for people who need support to ride a bike.
- There are two seats one for the cyclist and one for a passenger. The carer sits on the right and steers the bike.
- Cyclists should be able to hold their feet on the pedals to ride safely. Pedals for the passenger can be switched off. The passenger can rest their legs on the pedals.

| The T-Bike - The T-Bike is a tricycle but with two wheels at the front and one at the back. This can make cyclists feel safer.
- This bike has a normal saddle so cyclists would need to be able to cycle whilst seated on this type of seat.
- Cyclists need to be able to steer and brake on their own.

| The Tracker Trike - These Tricycles are easy to ride and have comfortable seats.
- Cyclists should be able to use the brakes on their own.
- Cyclists should be able to steer safely on their own.

| The Go Kart Bike - These are great fun to ride. Cyclists need to be able to steer safely on their own.
- You can stop the bike using a hand brake.
- Cyclists must be able to keep their hands away from the wheels.

| The Two Wheeler Bike - Use of two wheeler cycles are for people who are very good at balancing, steering and braking.
- Cyclists must be very careful when riding these bikes in the park.
