Monday
Exploring Collage
Monday, 10.30am-12 noon
Get started and be inspired by 2D and 3D collages, first used as an artists' technique in the 20th century. Whether telling a story or getting in contact with your creativity learn how to express yourself in this dynamic form that anyone can enjoy, mixing media and transforming found objects and materials.
Chair Based Exercises
Monday, 10.45am-12 noon
Tottenham Hotspur (external link) run weekly Chair based Exercise session. You can do these exercises if you have trouble getting up or even if you just want a change of activity on days you cannot get outdoors. Even a small amount of activity can be a tremendous boost to our wellbeing and help you tone and strengthen.
Textiles
Monday, 1-2.30pm
The Textiles course takes a fun and creative approach to vintage techniques such as appliqué, patchwork, quilting and the sampler in the spirit of re-cycling, re-purposing; making fabric boxes, appliqué stuffed figures, colourful tote bags, cushions etc, using a range of decorative embroidery stitches.
The course encourages individuals to build on their own unique strengths, cultures and fine motor skills to develop their own designs and directions at a pace that suits their own needs in a sociable and supportive environment.
Chair Yoga
Monday 1-2pm
Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done while sitting. Some exercises can also be done standing. Chair yoga can improve your flexibility, concentration, and strength, while boosting your mood, and reducing stress and joint strain.
Tuesday
Art and Design
Tuesday, 10.30am-12 noon
Learn the practical techniques within the creative areas of Art, Design and Crafts. Experiment with a variety of tools and resources to create decorative items such as necklaces, bracelets, wall hangings and bags. These creative workshops are for beginners. Craft tools and craft resources will be provided.
Wednesday
Pottery
Wednesday, 10am-1pm
This course is for those who would like to explore various ceramic techniques - press moulding, pinching, coiling and slab building. Pots will be decorated, glazed and fired during the course. Kiln firing will be briefly explained, and all work will be fired. The aim of the course is to introduce basic pottery techniques
Mosaic and Ceramic
Wednesday, 1-2.45pm
designed for beginners or people who want to develop their artistic and pattern-making skills. Discover how to design and layout mosaic patterns on a variety of surfaces through demonstration. You will learn basic mosaicing techniques, like making templates, arranging and grouting to create unique pieces
Dare to Dance
Wednesdays, 1-2pm
These dance classes are ideal for anyone looking to boost their confidence and you will be learning the basic elements of dance and movement. We have professional and welcoming dance instructors who are here to make sure you have a fun and enjoyable experience!
Coffee and Computers
First and third Wednesday of each month, 1-2pm
This programme offers digital support sessions to enable you to get to grips with the online world. We offer help and advice on most day-to-day digital activities, such as installing apps, using email, searching for information, filling in forms, connecting to Wi-Fi etc. Come here to find out more.

Painting and Mixed Media
Thursday, 10.30am-12 noon
Discover the fundamental skills of painting and drawing alongside discussions on diverse artists and their work. Explore different types of paint, painting methods and techniques.
Sing-along
Thursday, 11.15am-12.15pm
Singing is proven to improve health, wellbeing and is a fabulous way to bring people together. This is a very popular group, and we know all the songs that people like to sing in unison.
Massage
Thursdays, 12.45-2pm
Massage therapy sessions are running in the centre. We work all day and get tired sometimes. This is why you need our massage. Our massage brings several benefits to this situation that includes reducing stress and increasing relaxation, reducing pain and muscle soreness and tension, improving circulation and energy etc. Come and relax!

Mixed fabrics and textile design
Friday, 10.30am-12 noon
Learn for all different levels from basic cross-stitching to making tote bags, decorative scarves, patchwork cushions, felt pictures, decorative felt hearts and aprons. Individual projects include mobile phone holders, glasses cases and hair scrunchies. Wool projects include large and small pompoms.
Art and Craft and Bead Works
Friday, 1-2.30pm
A variety of hands-on projects such as making fabric soft toys, door draft excluders, keyrings with mixed fabrics, beads and buttons. Seasonal projects include Poppy brooches, heart-shaped scented cushions and Christmas tree decorations - stars, snowmen and snowflakes. Bead work involves threading for making necklaces and bracelets. Also, we will use beads decoratively and make small Hema projects
Knit and Natter
Every other Friday, 1.30-12.30pm
Knit and natter aims to spread the love of knitting, crochet and general woolly fun. This is a lovely opportunity to make new friends and share their knowledge. Everyone is very welcome, whether you have never done anything like this before or you are an expert
