Our School Street plan sets out our ambition for the majority of schools in Haringey to have a School Street by 2026. The plan sets out the consultation and decision-making processes for these projects.

Stage A: proposed School Streets
Between March and May 2025, informal consultation took on the following School Streets. Consultation has now closed and the council is considering the results of that consultation before a decision is taken whether to proceed to stage B (statutory consultation).
- SS05 Crowland Primary School and Gladesmore Community School Street
- SS51 Muswell Hill Primary School Street
- SS56 Highgate Wood Secondary School Street
- SS57 Hornsey School for Girls School Street
- SS58 Norfolk House School Street
- SS59 Our Lady of Muswell Catholic Primary School Street
- SS60 Tetherdown Primary School Street
- SS68 Eden Primary and Fortismere School Street (Creighton Avenue)
Stage B: approved School Streets, subject to statutory consultation
Following informal consultation (stage A) in 2023 and 2024 on the schemes listed below, a decision was taken to progress to statutory consultation (stage B). The consultation has now closed and the current status of the projects is set out as below:
- SS48 Bounds Green Infant and Junior School Street – approved for implementation, launching on 3 September 2025
- SS54 Welbourne Primary School Street (Stainby Road entrance) – approved for implementation, launching on 3 September 2025
- SS15 St Francis de Sales Infant and Junior School Street – approved for implementation, launch date TBC
- SS50 Coldfall Primary School Street (Everington Road entrance) – decision pending

Future School Streets
The following projects are identified within our School Street Plan, but have not started yet:

- SS62 Greek Secondary School of London
