These sessions are a chance to reconnect with yourself and other mothers whilst spending quality time with your baby.
Each week we focus on a body part that suffers strain during early motherhood to help you:
- find flow
- unlock tension
- be fully present in this new, postnatal period
Bring your baby carrier/sling and wear comfortable clothes.
1-hour-long session followed by refreshments.
