Every Wednesday, 12 noon to 2.30pm.

Sessions by Parent Infant Psychology Service team helping parents prepare emotionally and physically for the arrival of their baby, with various activities such as relaxation-focused activities.

Also a great opportunity for the group of parents to get to know one another and support each other once these sessions have ended.

Based on referral from Whittington Health Visiting team.
