Who can request a review
A premises licence review application can by made by interested parties such as:
- local resident
- local business
- responsible authority
The review is done by the licensing subcommittee who consider whether the licence should be:
- amended
- more conditions added
- suspended for up to 3 months
- revoked (in exceptional circumstances)
How to request a review
To request the review of a licence, you need to comment on an alcohol licence.
