Who can request a review 

A premises licence review application can by made by interested parties such as:

  • local resident
  • local business
  • responsible authority

The review is done by the licensing subcommittee who consider whether the licence should be: 

  • amended 
  • more conditions added 
  • suspended for up to 3 months 
  • revoked (in exceptional circumstances) 

How to request a review

To request the review of a licence, you need to comment on an alcohol licence.

If you want to appeal a review as a licensee, you must contact Highbury Corner Magistrates Court
