Residents are able to attend our Customer Service Centres without an appointment, but we recommend that an appointment is made.
You will be seen by a Customer Services officer, and not by service experts of other departments. If we cannot resolve your enquiry, we will refer your case to the relevant teams.
When making an appointment please make sure a valid phone number is provided so we can let you know about any changes to your appointment.
Please note that we cannot complete forms for you but can provide some assistance online. If you need more help with applications or forms, we can refer you to Connected Communities.
