- payment is taken when you book
- all charges are based on a 3-bedroom property – an extra charge of £60 will be added for each extra bedroom if we are treating for bed bugs
What fee you'll pay
The fee you pay depends on whether you are:
- receiving certain benefits
- a commercial landlord or business
Domestic fee
You will pay the domestic fee if you:
- do not receive any of the benefits listed below
- are a registered social landlord
Concession (discounted) fee
If you receive one of these benefits, you will pay the concession fee:
- Universal Credit
- Income Support
- Income-based Jobseekers Allowance
- Pension Credit
- Working Tax Credit
- Council Tax Reduction
- Housing Benefit
- Employment Support Allowance (ESA IR)
- Child Tax Credit
