There are different fees depending on whether you receive certain benefits or the treatment is for commercial premises.

Council tenants

If you are a council tenant, please check our housing pages as you may not need to pay for treatment.

Fees

The listed fees:

  • are the total amounts to pay (all visits included)
  • include VAT
  • are correct as of 1 April 2024

Please note:

  • payment is taken when you book
  • all charges are based on a 3-bedroom property – an extra charge of £60 will be added for each extra bedroom if we are treating for bed bugs

What fee you'll pay

The fee you pay depends on whether you are:

  • receiving certain benefits
  • a commercial landlord or business

Domestic fee

You will pay the domestic fee if you:

  • do not receive any of the benefits listed below
  • are a registered social landlord  

Concession (discounted) fee

If you receive one of these benefits, you will pay the concession fee:

  • Universal Credit
  • Income Support
  • Income-based Jobseekers Allowance
  • Pension Credit
  • Working Tax Credit
  • Council Tax Reduction
  • Housing Benefit
  • Employment Support Allowance (ESA IR)
  • Child Tax Credit
