Every year in Haringey we hold a commemorative service to remember the 6 million Jews murdered during the Holocaust, alongside the millions of people murdered under Nazi persecution of other groups and during more recent genocides in Cambodia, Rwanda, Bosnia and Darfur.
Join us to mark 80 years since the liberation of Auschwitz and the 30th anniversary of the genocide in Bosnia. There will be a keynote speaker, speeches from local politicians and performances from young musicians.
This event is open to everyone, however booking is necessary. There will be a ticket and bag check upon entry.
"Be tolerant of each other and remember nobody is better or worse than you, we are only different . We know we cannot do it all, but each of us can do a little to help make a better future for all of us. Appreciate that." - Lily Ebert
We wish a better future for all those who have suffered, and been affected by genocide across the globe. Everyone is welcome, however booking is necessary.
