Triple P helps you:

Age group: 0 to 2 years.

A group for mothers who experience low mood or anxiety and for parents who would like support with the emotional challenges of parenting.

Our Little Zippers classes are for 12 months (or walking) up to 4 years old and our Baby Zappers classes are for babies up until they are walking.

This is a 30-minute walk through the beautiful green space of New River Centre. Meet at the New River Sport Centre reception.

This is a circular walk of approximately 45 minutes. Meet outside the Café in Markfield Park, N15 .

This is a 45-minute circular walk around Bruce Castle Park. Meet outside and in front of Bruce Castle Museum.

This is a circular walk of 45 minutes. Meet in the cafe at Queenswood Surgery N8 8JD.

A session where children can play, connect, share and learn.

It's also a chance for parents and carers to connect with others.

This is a linear 45 minute walk and ends at the cafe by the lake in Finsbury Park.
